I'm a writer and artist with a passion for fantasy fiction, beaded art and digital art. Every day, I venture into the wilds of Lafayette, Louisiana, to hunt for chocolate.
My love for writing led to a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, gained in Florida hurricane country. Then I went to Texas Hill Country for my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. As a writer for arts and travel magazines and as a freelance copy writer, I've published nonfiction articles and copy online and in print. Tipping the Scales is my first fantasy publication, but I have hopes to publish more in the future. My fanfiction is available online. My art has made appearances at galleries, art fairs and gift shops and in print publications. My interests include beadwork, drawings, paintings, digital art and photography.
